Organic Resource Management Inc. (ORMI) today announced that as per the notice of intention recently filed on SEDAR, Organic Resource Technologies Inc. (ORTI) and Organic Resource Technologies International Inc. (OII) may begin today to sell up to a total of 86,185 common shares of ORMI.
ORTI and OII are both owned 1/3 by Charles Buehler, the Company's Chairman & CEO and 1/3 by Douglas Carruthers, the Company's VP Corporate Development, and are selling the shares to pay tax liabilities. 60,037 of the common shares being sold are owned by ORTI and 26,148 are owned by OII.
In addition to the above, Mr. Buehler owns 1,388,120 common shares of the company directly, and controls corporations which own 140,854 common shares of the company. Mr. Buehler's family members own 434,091 common shares of the company.
The shares will be sold through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange on or after Dec. 20, 2007. All the above sales will be made in accordance with the orderly marketing requirements as set out in sections 630 to 633 of the TSX company manual.
