National Challenge Systems Inc. Changes Name to Organic Resource Management Inc.
Woodbridge, Ontario - July 3, 2007. Organic Resource Management Inc. (formerly National Challenge Systems Inc.) a leader in the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and management of organic and other non-hazardous liquid residuals, today announced that the Company has successfully completed its name change from National Challenge Systems Inc. to that of its largest wholly owned subsidiary Organic Resource Management Inc.
On June 30, 2007 the Company vertically amalgamated Organic Resource Management Inc. into National Challenge Systems Inc. and continued with its subsidiary's name. The Company's Board of Directors approved this decision because it simplified the corporate structure and gave the Company a name more closely reflective of its core business. Beginning Wednesday July 4th, 2007 trading will continue in the Company's shares under the new name with a new TSX trading symbol of ORI.
Concurrent with the amalgamation, Mr. Robert Bandeen resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Board of National Challenge Systems Inc. Mr. Bandeen has been a Director and Chairman of the Board since June 1998. The Company thanks him for his exceptional service and wishes him the best in the future.
