National Challenge Announces Name Change
Woodbridge, Ontario - May 16, 2007. National Challenge Systems Inc., a leader in the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and disposal of non-hazardous liquid waste, today announced that subject to regulatory approval, the Company will change its name to that of its largest wholly owned subsidiary Organic Resource Management Inc.
On June 30, 2007 the Company plans to vertically amalgamate Organic Resource Management Inc. into National Challenge Systems Inc. and continue with its subsidiary's name. The Company's Board of Directors approved this decision because it not only simplified the corporate structure, but gave the Company a name more closely reflective of its core business.
On April 16, 2007 National Challenge announced that it would be holding a special shareholder meeting on June 12, 2007 to seek shareholder approval for a proposed share consolidation wherein each shareholder would receive one new share of common stock for every ten shares of common stock previously held. The Company has decided to defer this shareholder vote until the Company's annual general meeting on October 24th, 2007.
