National Challenge Reorganizes Management to Develop

 Biogas Renewable Energy

 

Woodbridge, Ontario -November 16, 2006.  National Challenge Systems Inc., a leader in the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and disposal of non-hazardous liquid waste, today announced changes to its senor management team to better facilitate its focus on developing opportunities in biogas renewable energy. 

 

The Company continues to view the development of the biogas renewable energy industry in Ontario and the rest of North America as a significant opportunity that can provide an economic long term solution to the disposal of the organic residuals it collects.  National Challenge is committed to researching and developing viable options for participation in this exciting new industry. 

 

In order to concentrate the Company's effort in this extremely critical area, the Company has reorganized its senior management team.  Douglas Carruthers is appointed Vice President Corporate Development, and Charles Buehler, the company's CEO, assumes the title of President and CEO.  Frank Chen has resigned as Vice President Corporate Development.

 

"Doug has applied his 25-plus years of experience in the organic residuals management industry to understanding all aspects of biogas renewable energy.  His efforts have firmly brought this exciting opportunity to the Company; we are very fortunate to have Doug focusing on this initiative in his new role." said Robert Bandeen, the Company's Chairman.
