National Challenge's Toronto Operation Certified
Woodbridge, Ontario - March 30, 2006. National Challenge Systems Inc., a leader in the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and disposal of organic and other non-hazardous liquid waste, announced today that a union certification vote was held at the Toronto facility of its wholly owned subsidiary Organic Resource Management Inc. on March 29, 2006. The majority of the approximately 25 employees at that facility voted in favour of certifying the Universal Workers Union as their representative. The Company expects to begin collective bargaining next month.
National Challenge's operations in British Columbia already have a unionized hourly labour force.
