Former Hydro One Senior V.P. Ian London Appointed to NLC Board

Woodbridge, Ontario - February 15, 2006.  National Challenge Systems Inc., a leader in the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and disposal of non-hazardous liquid waste, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ian M. London to the National Challenge Board of Directors. Mr. London is a proven senior business executive with a strong Canadian and international track record of leading organizations through growth, innovation and change.

Mr. London brings more than twenty years experience in senior positions in the power sector to National Challenge.  His vast knowledge of the Ontario and international electricity generation industries will assist the Company with its renewable energy efforts.

"His track record, experience and network contacts will add great value to National Challenge." said Mr. Charles Buehler, the Company's CEO.

As previously announced, the Ontario Provincial Government is going to allow small generators of energy to sell electricity into the power grid.  This will encourage the development of anaerobic digesters that utilize agricultural and other organic residuals to create biogas and generate a reliable form of renewable energy.  As the leading collector of liquid organic waste in Ontario, National Challenge would supply anaerobic digesters with the energy rich high fat, oil and grease (FOG) residuals it collects.  National Challenge has the opportunity to play a significant roll in the emergence of this new industry.
