Union Ratifies Four-Year Collective Agreement with ORMI
Toronto, ON, November 9, 2009 - Organic Resource Management Inc. (TSX: ORI) ("ORMI" or "the Company"), announced today that the hourly employees at its Toronto operation represented by the Labourers International Union of North America, Local 183, ratified a new four-year collective agreement.
On November 7, 2009, the new collective agreement was ratified by the Toronto membership for a four-year term from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2013. The collective agreement provides for annual wage increases of 2.0% in the first year, 2.5% in the second and third years and 3% in the fourth year.
