Organic Resource Management Inc. Provides Listing Update
Woodbridge, Ontario, November 12, 2009 - Organic Resource Management Inc. ("ORMI" or "the Company"), today announced that it is making application for approval to list its common shares for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ORI. The Company has requested that the common shares of the Company be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). In response, the TSX has agreed to delist ORMI's common shares from the TSX as at the close of business day December 11, 2009.
ORMI expects there to be a seamless transition of its common shares to the TSX Venture Exchange and no disruption to the trading environment for its shareholders.
