Organic Resource Management Inc. Files Results of Annual General Meeting
Woodbridge, Ontario, November 17, 2009 - Organic Resource Management Inc. ("ORMI" or "the Company") (TSX: ORI), announced today the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders held on November 10, 2009.
Highlights
- The shareholders elected the following Directors: Charles H. Buehler, Matthew Gaasenbeek, Frank Facto, Martin Fallick and Gary Kain;
- Appointment of Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants, as ORMI's auditors;
- Adoption of a special resolution for the reduction of stated capital stock for ORMI's shares and credit for the same amount to the stated retained earnings deficit account of the Company;
- Adoption of an amended Stock Option Plan;
- Adoption of an amended Directors' Compensation Plan.
