TSX Venture Exchange
Woodbridge, Ontario, December 11, 2009 - Organic Resource Management Inc. ("ORMI" or "the Company") (TSX: ORI), today announced that, at the start of trading on December 14, 2009, its common shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") under the symbol ORI. As previously announced, on November 11, 2009, ORMI is de-listing from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of market on December 11, 2009. There will be no disruption to the trading environment for ORMI shareholders.
