Toronto, ON, September 7th, 2011 - Organic Resource Management Inc. (TSX-V: ORI) ("ORMI" or "the Company"), today announces that a total of 15,000 stock options to purchase ORMI common shares were granted to an officer of the Company at an exercise price of $2.10 per share, expiring on May 11th, 2016 and vesting immediately on the attainment of certain performance conditions.
