("ORMI" or "the Company") invite all interested parties to attend the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, December 13th, 2011 at 4:00 pm (ET). In addition to the formal business described in the Management Information Circular, there will be a management presentation on business activities and the Company's fiscal 2011 financial results.
