Our Focus: Liquid Organic Waste Collection:

Founded in 1985, Organic Resource Management Inc. (ORMI) is Canada’s largest provider
of vacuum truck services for the collection & disposal of liquid organic waste. Using vacuum
trucks dispatched by sophisticated proprietary Software, the Company collects liquid residuals
such as grease interceptor fats, oils, grease and food waste from over 8,000 restaurants,
grocery stores and food processing facilities in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.

Converting Liquid Organic Waste into a Valuable Resource:

Looking forward, ORMI is on the cusp of major shift in its business operations. Historically,
there have been few recycling options for liquid organic waste. Now, as Anaerobic Digesters
(ADs) become more prevalent in Canada, a new opportunity is emerging for ORMI
that will have a significant impact on its growth opportunities and financial performance.
