Charles H. Buehler, C.Dir
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Charles Buehler is Chairman and CEO of Organic Resource Management Inc. (TSX:ORI)

Mr. Buehler is a true entrepreneur. Since the age of 17, Mr. Buehler has owned and operated a number of private companies. He founded Organic Resource Management Inc. in 1985 and with it pioneered the organic and non-hazardous liquid waste industry in Canada. Mr. Buehler was directly responsible for the development of two patented organic recycling technologies and the Company’s sophisticated GIS logistics management software. He has gained extensive knowledge of organic waste treatment technologies and practices in both North America and Europe, including anaerobic digestion for the production of biogas renewable energy.

Ian Kelland, CA
President and CFO

From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Kelland was the Director of Retail Operations at CN Intermodal where he was personally responsible for an $80 million annual expense budget and the consolidation of 9 regional dispatch centers into one central office that included a staff of 85, dispatching and managing a fleet of over 400 trucks. Prior to CN, he was Vice President Operations for Frederick Transport where he was responsible for the operational management of a 500-truck fleet. Before Frederick, Mr. Kelland was Vice President Finance of Federal Industries Truckload Operations where he was responsible for all areas of accounting and administration for its truckload companies including: Servall Transport; Tri Line Expressways Inc.; Cougar Transport Limited; High Tech Express; and, White Pass System Limited.

Mr. Kelland earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1976, and became a Chartered Accountant in 1978.

Douglas M. Carruthers
Vice President of Corporate Development

Mr. Carruthers has been with the Company from April 28, 2000 to present and Organic Resource Technologies Inc. since 1994. Mr. Carruthers organic waste management experience is founded upon 20 years in the Livestock Production and Processing industries in Canada. His personnel and budget management experience began with multi-million dollar cattle feedlots in southern Ontario. By1982, he was the Sales Manager of the largest private Livestock Auction in Canada with weekly sales exceeding 5 million and a staff of over 100 people.

In 1980, he began consulting to the solid waste industry and pioneered innovative organic waste diversion solutions. In the early 1990’s, he served a venture capital group as an evaluator of alternative technologies for organic diversion. In 1994, he joined Organic Resource Management Inc. after identifying it as a leading innovator in the industry. He has been instrumental in the resulting growth and is a key strategist in the Company’s future market expansion and acquisition plans. Mr. Carruthers has 20 years of industry experience and has developed numerous strategic contacts across the entire spectrum of the North American organic waste diversion industry.

Mr. Carruthers earned a B.A. from McMaster University in 1973.

Ed Dreher, CGA
Vice President Finance

Edward Dreher joined the Company in October 2006. He has more than 20 years distribution experience with Provigo Inc., McKesson Canada (formerly Medis Health & Pharmaceutical Services) and was CFO at Consolidated Bottle Company from 1996 to 2002. He entered the waste management industry in 2003 with Canada Composting Inc.
