On-Call Scheduled Grease Interceptor Maintenance

Our on-call scheduled grease interceptor maintenance program includes all of the service aspects of our regular scheduled service, without the automatically scheduled service frequency. This program relies on you to call us in advance of your desired service time (lead time is dependant on the service location).

Our customer service representatives will schedule your service into our system at the earliest time convenient, to take advantage of our transportation-optimized routing and scheduling. This will provide you with most of the cost advantage of routed/scheduled service, while being on an “on-call” basis.

Our customer service database will keep track of all your service requirements, service history, pricing etc. – all you have to do is let us know that you want service.


Our on-call scheduled service includes:

  • Anytime “Just-In-Time” service delivery (optional)
  • Complete removal of grease interceptor contents
  • Scrapping of interceptor walls and baffles (where applicable)
  • Cleaning of inlet and outlet ports
  • Testing of drain lines for potential blockages
  • Mopping, sanitizing and deodorizing the interceptor area
  • Providing a full detail service report including waste volumes and interceptor condition
  • Approved waste recycling (disposal)

 

Terms and Pricing Information

Frequency

With the on-call service option, you determine the frequency of service. All that we require is that you notify our customer service department of your service requirement at least one week in advance (lead time is dependant on the service location).


Service Access Times

Our regular scheduled service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and can be scheduled to meet whatever time restrictions or access requirements you may have. It is easier and more cost effective to provide service during non-prime periods and with a large window of access time. Access times are pre arranged, and can be changed at anytime with 48 hours notice.

Service Access Days

Our on-call service can be scheduled for any day of the week – the choice is yours! Pricing may vary based on restrictive service scheduling requirements.

 

Cancellation of Service

Individual scheduled services can be cancelled with no charge, with 48 hours notice.

 

Call/Fax/Email Ahead Notice

Our optional call, fax, or email notices are available to provide advance notice of service.
