Our state-of-the-art automated emergency response telephone/communication system directs your call to one of our emergency response service technicians and the on-call service supervisor who are standing by 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The system monitors communication response times and automatically routes your call to another technician in the unlikely event the first technician is unavailable.
During normal business hours our customer service representatives troubleshoot your problem to determine the best service approach for each situation – vacuum services, drain flushing/snaking etc. Our emergency response teams are equipped to correct the problem as quickly as possible. - Anytime “Just-In-Time” service delivery (optional)
- Complete removal of grease interceptor contents (where possible)
- Scrapping of interceptor walls and baffles (where applicable)
- Cleaning of inlet and outlet ports (where possible)
- Testing of drain lines for potential blockages
