Job Description
We're hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to safeguard Ormi's digital infrastructure against evolving threats. You will monitor systems for vulnerabilities, detect anomalies, and respond swiftly to incidents that could compromise security. Your role is crucial in protecting sensitive company and customer data, ensuring that field service contractors can trust Ormi with their business information, customer data, and financial records.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing logs, reviewing security alerts, and coordinating with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities. You'll also perform penetration testing, simulate attacks, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Proactive threat hunting and detailed reporting will be part of your workflow, helping maintain the security posture that allows contractors to confidently use Ormi for their job scheduling, invoicing, and customer management.
This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in high-stakes environments. What you'll bring
As a Cybersecurity Analyst at Ormi, you'll be expected to combine technical expertise with analytical thinking to proactively defend our systems and data. You should be comfortable working under pressure, responding to incidents quickly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall security posture.
- Hands-on experience with threat detection and incident response.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools such as Splunk or ELK.
- Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Strong grasp of vulnerability assessment methodologies.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Understanding of SaaS security best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
