How long does migration actually take?
Typical shops go from first CSV export to live operation in under 4 hours. Multi-location or custom-pricebook shops may take a day. White-glove migration (we do it for you) is free on request.
I'm mid-contract with ServiceTitan. Should I wait to switch?
Usually no. Run the math on /savings — if your annual savings exceeds your remaining contract obligation, switching early pays for itself. Most 10+ tech shops break even in month one. Reach out via /contact-us for a confidential review.
Will I lose job history when I switch?
No. Your full customer service history imports as read-only records. New activity captures in Ormi. You can always export everything — in Ormi or your old platform — as CSV.
What about QuickBooks, Stripe, and my phone numbers?
QuickBooks Online syncs on day 1. Stripe reconnects in 5 minutes. Your Twilio/phone numbers and email domain keep working — we integrate with whatever you're already running.
What if something breaks mid-migration?
You still have your old platform. Ormi trial is free (first 20 jobs). No card required. If something doesn't work the way you expect, we unblock you — same day, real human.
Do you charge for migration?
No. White-glove migration (we export, clean, and import for you) is free. Self-serve migration via CSV is also free. We only start charging after your first 20 completed jobs in Ormi.
I'm on a platform you didn't mention. Will it still work?
