Yes. Any cadence — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, custom. Auto-scheduled visits, auto-invoiced, auto-renewed. Prorated billing for mid-cycle cancellations.
Can I log chemical applications for state compliance?
Yes. Log EPA number, chemical name, concentration, area treated, target pest, and applicator license per visit. Generate state-required application reports (PCO, PMP, etc.) by date range or customer.
How do re-treatment guarantees work?
Guarantees are configurable per service type (30-day, 60-day, full-year). Re-treatments inside the window auto-schedule, auto-flag as warranty work, and invoice $0 to the customer — but still count as 1 completed job on your end.
Does Ormi track applicator licenses and CEUs?
Yes. Each tech has license number, expiration, CEU credits, and renewal reminders. When you book a commercial job, only techs with the required license show up in dispatch.
