On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.
Android: visit ormi.com/download/android and tap "Get it on Google Play". iOS is coming soon. Technicians sign in with the same Ormi credentials they use on the web.
In Settings → Integrations → Payments, click "Connect Stripe" and complete the Stripe onboarding flow. Once connected, every invoice you send will include a payment link automatically.
Yes. In Settings → Integrations → Accounting, connect your QuickBooks Online account. New invoices, customers, and payments will sync automatically. Xero support is coming soon.
Yes — technicians can view their schedule, job details, and capture photos, notes, and signatures without an internet connection. Everything syncs the next time they're online.
Ormi uses role-based permissions. Default roles (Admin, Dispatcher, Technician, Accountant) come preconfigured. You can also create custom roles with fine-grained permissions in Settings → Team → Roles.
Ormi charges a small per-completed-job fee instead of a monthly subscription. No minimums, no per-user costs. See the pricing page for current rates.
Yes, at any time. Use Reports → Export to download CSV or PDF of customers, jobs, invoices, and payments. You own your data and can take it with you.
